Tailored Training is a City and Guilds assessment centre providing Health and Social Care related courses, including Common Induction Standards 2010, Diplomas in Health and Social Care at levels 2 and 3 etc.

Tailored Training uses the paper free Internet-based assessment and training tool, e-portfolio’s are shared by candidates, assessors and verifiers over the internet: workplace – based assessors can use Tailored Training facilities without physically visiting the assessment centre. Similarly, candidates can interact with assessors who are on other sites.

A result is minimum disruption, at the business where the trainee works.
