Jonathan Prus and Chris Andrews set up Tailored Training in 2001. Its original purpose was to meet the training needs of Avens Ltd, a company that provides both residential care and supported living. It was clear from the start however, that other organisations could use the services we were creating.

The key innovation that Tailored Training has made was to be one of the first training centres to offer E-Portfolio’s available on the internet. Thus the training is available on a 24/7 basis.

Tailored Training is developing a complete training strategy for individual organisations. This strategy includes cost effective ways to meet the regulated requirements within Health and Social Care. The key to this strategy is the effective use of IT to save time and paperwork.
